Council

There shall be a President and three Vice Presidents (herein referred to as ‘officers’) and a Council consisting of the officers and the person who has held the office of President during the year immediately preceding the last Annual General Meeting (if still a member of the Society), who shall be an ex-officio member and twelve members of the Society to be elected by ballot of the members at the Annual General Meeting.
